On Saturday, after a cosy night’s sleep, you’ll wander a gentle 1-mile path through the farm’s grounds, guided by a passionate and knowledgeable local forager. With baskets in hand, you’ll be on the lookout for wild garlic, edible flowers and medicinal plants, safely learning how to identify and harvest them. Your professional forager will introduce you to a vast number of species; giving you tips on correct plant identification and possible look-alikes, as well as a huge range of cooking ideas.

After a few hours of discovery, when your baskets are full, you’ll head back to camp to enjoy a freshly brewed tea made from your foraging ingredients. You’ll then roll up your sleeves to help rustle up a mouth-watering three-course meal that will be cooked and shared together around the communal fire.
